This is not a pre-order or a purchase of a finished product. Your contribution is a voluntary donation intended to support the development of a concept-stage project.

2. No Refund Policy

All contributions are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

100% of the funds received will be used directly to fund full-time development, design, research, and infrastructure needed to bring this product to life.

3. Development Risk

You fully understand that:

• The product is still in development and may change or never be completed.
• Your contribution does not guarantee access to a final product.
• No delivery timelines are promised at this stage.

4. No Ownership or Equity

Your contribution does not give you any rights to ownership, equity, or control of the project, business, or future product. It is not an investment.

5. Supporter Benefits (If Applicable)

Supporters may receive:

• Exclusive updates on development progress.
• Recognition in project credits (if offered).
• Potential discounts if a product is eventually launched.

6. No Liability

You release the project creator from liability for any loss related to this contribution, including project delays, changes in direction, or cancellation.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to contributors via email or through project updates.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the project creator is based.
